Grassman uses a weed control product called Par III or identical. This liquid weed control helps us contain dandelions and many other broadleaf weeds in your grass. The products we use are safe for your family and pets. Once this liquid weed control is applied we ask you to stay off the grass for 1-2 hours until air dried. Once it’s dried you can do whatever you please.
When weeds like dandelions are sprayed you will start to see them slowly wither within a few days. Some weeds require multiple applications depending on the type of weed. Mainly seen in yards that are substantially weed infested.
Our weed control is most beneficial when paired with our other services like fertilization and aeration. While properly integrating regular practises like mowing and watering, its achievable to have a beautiful yard. Let us do all the hard work while you sit back and enjoy!

*STANDARD PROGRAM*
The Standard Program is designed as a Spring to late summer program to get your lawn off to a good start and get weeds under control. This includes 3 visits of your Standard Program completed by late summer. This is our least expensive option and will get your lawn off to a good start and get your spring weeds under control.
1st Visit Includes:
High nitrogen fertilizer (gets your lawn gree quickly)
High volume application of weed control
2nd Visit Includes:
Fertilizer application designed for lawn thickness and density
High volume application of weed control
3rd Visit Includes:
Fertilizer application designed for root development and lawn strength

*DELUXE PROGRAM*
The Deluxe Program is designed as a full spring to fall program to get your lawn green quickly and keep it green and lush through the summer. This includes 4 visits that will be completed by fall.
